Our built-in double oven gave up the ghost a week after Christmas and with a ceramic hob with only three hotplates working, we decided to bite the bullet and replace them with new. With Domestic Heroes practically on our doorstep we paid a visit. Steve and Adam came round the same day, took measurements, sorted out appliances and before long we were up and running. I would just like to say a big thank you to both of you guys. You came out when you said you would, diagnosed the problem and after trying to find a repair solution with no luck, you then found me a bargain integrated fridge, which you fitted in the not easiest of circumstances, since the person who lived here before had done a botch up job on the cupboard, and you even lined the freezer back up with the fridge, so everything looked like it should of done in the first place. My washing machine decided to give up on me earlier today, after i freaked about it I first rang Hotpoint who quoted me £105 to come out and fix it so I booked them, i then decided to have a look on the Internet as i thought this was pretty steep and i found these guys, they were really helpful and came out the same day fixed the problem at half the cost! I will be using them again if it’s needed and will be recommending them to my friends and family. Great, professional and honest service.

Domestic Heroes are fantastic. They are reliable, punctual and don't give up until the problem is fixed and the customer is happy. My washing machine dispenser was leaking and instead of charging me for a new dispenser which would have cost almost as much as a new machine they repaired it and it hasn't leaked since! I will definitely be calling on their services again and will recommend them to family & friends too.

Domestic Heroes really are true to their name, on separate occasions they have repaired both my washing machine and my fridge freezer. The service I received was second to none. The engineer attended promptly and was able to quickly establish the cause, being a faulty motor. This was replaced the same afternoon and the machine still works like new. I was expecting to have to buy a whole new washer, but the honesty and professionalism of the engineer meant that the repair was completed at a fraction of the cost. I would not hesitate in using them again.

Domestic Heroes are great and have provided us with a really personal service. They supplied and installed a new washing machine at a very competitive price, after diagnosing, and then proving to us, that our old machine was beyond economic repair. Not only that but they removed the old machine, took the time to show us all the features of the new machine and were happy to answer more questions on the phone several days later.
