The initial callout charge includes full diagnostic testing, safety tests and report via telephone or email before any further work is carried out.
For your peace of mind all parts that we fit to your electrical appliances come with a 12 month guarantee as standard and all work undertaken is covered for 3 months.
* Additional charge of £49.00 per visit if an additional engineer is required for lifting purposes.
* Additional £14.40 surcharge for premium brands including: Miele, Rangemaster, Smeg, Liebherr & Gaggenau.
We are able to fix most appliances that we get called out to, but if your appliance is beyond economical repair, or you don’t wish to have it repaired for any reason, we charge a reduced Diagnosis Only fee of £59.
We only charge for parts if your appliance needs them, but 4 out of 5 repairs do not require any parts.
We accept cash and most major credit cards (except Amex) and take payment at your home at the end of our visit
*Cancellations must be confirmed a minimum of 12 hours before a scheduled appointment, failure to do this will result in a failed/ abortive callout charge of £25.00 Inc. VAT.

WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) directive is now UK Law. WEEE regulations are in place to make producers of electrical equipment pay for the services required to collect and dispose of their products in the most environmentally friendly way possible.
Under these regulations, suppliers of new electrical goods are required to offer a Takeback service to consumers. This means that we at Domestic Heroes Ltd will offer our customers the opportunity to have their old product removed and transported for recycling on a like-for like basis on the day of installation of a new appliance purchased from us.
